We have a current thesis of the direction we want to go, but beyond that, we see you leading the charge. You will become an expert in the space, work closely with a product design & engineering team to identify what a minimum sellable & viable product is, as well as set the tone for the team’s culture, you’ll tirelessly work with prospects and customers to refine our point of view, including recruiting design partners and leveraging mutually beneficial relationships with them, and you’ll work cross functionally to create a go-to-market motion that leads us to a successful product launch and potentially a new business line. •Ideal candidates have an entrepreneurial spirit and have experience or have a willingness to dive into ambiguity and relish opportunity and have a desire to heavily influence our company’s strategic viewpoint.
•Experience starting your own venture OR 2+ years of product management experience at high-growth, product-driven companies combined with 2+ years in a revenue or sales operations and/or FP&A and/or consulting related roles OR 4+ years of product management experience •Experience leading substantial product releases from 0 to 1 •A do-what-it-takes attitude to ensure your product and team are successful •Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate customer needs and to distill them into clear requirements for product, design, and engineering teams •Deep empathizer that can build relationships with design partners and cross-functional stakeholders •A great partner that knows how to balance focusing the team with also having fun and building a great culture where people want to work together
