Description

• Oversee the development and growth of API products • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, design, and execution • Expand API marketplace to enhance integrations with third-party applications • Collaborate with engineering, design, and security teams to build, enhance, and maintain a high-performance API platform • Drive the product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and iteration • Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the product • Define and prioritize API capabilities and integrations based on customer needs • Establish partnerships with third-party developers and service providers • Develop and manage API onboarding processes, documentation, and resources • Monitor and optimize marketplace performance and user feedback • Engage with customers, partners, and industry experts to understand their needs • Present product updates and vision to internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience) • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on APIs, marketplaces, or SaaS products • Proven track record of managing and scaling API products, integrations, and/or API marketplaces • Experience with healthcare standards and regulations (HIPAA, FHIR, HL7) • Hands-on experience working closely with engineering teams and technical stakeholders • Familiarity with API management tools, integrations, and developer portals • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and experience working with developers, third-party vendors, and partners • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute cross-functional initiatives • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and with external stakeholders • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them to non-technical stakeholders • Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, or similar
