• At Weights & Biases, our mission is to build the best tools for AI developers. • We proudly serve over 1,000 customers and more than 30 foundation model builders including customers such as OpenAI, NVIDIA, Microsoft, and Toyota. • This Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the future of W&B’s flagship Models product.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience using Weights & Biases. You know our product and want to make it better. • Experience taking a technical product—it could be a model you’ve worked on—all the way to production, including understanding requirements for success, measuring effectiveness, and improving performance through iterations. • Experience managing or influencing machine learning engineers, software engineers, or other stakeholders—with or without official authority. • Clear communication and organization. A major part of the role is seeking feedback from many directions and channeling it into a single, executable stream. • Care and taste about the products you use.
