• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the clinical market in Hong Kong • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, product demonstrations, contract negotiations, and closing deals • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and cross-selling • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and customer support teams • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and targets for the Hong Kong territory • Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasting
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, healthcare, business) • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the biotech/life sciences/pharma industry, preferably with a focus on the clinical market • Established network of contacts and relationships in the Hong Kong healthcare ecosystem • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities • Proficient in both English and Cantonese (Mandarin Chinese an asset) • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
