Description
• responsible for driving Illumina’s automation ecosystem partnership program • drive collaborative projects with automation partners and customers to develop, test, and launch automated solutions • maintain close relationships with key partners to develop high-value solutions • collaborate with marketing, product management, and customer support to commercialize solutions • develop technical marketing collateral • engage with customers to bring their insights into marketing plans • build relationships with thought leaders and industry influencers
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required • MBA or PhD a plus • at least 5+ years of industry experience in Product Marketing or other customer-facing roles • Automation experience required • technical knowledge in NGS workflows, including library preparation, extraction technologies, and automation instrumentation • demonstrated effective collaboration in matrixed or highly cross-functional business settings • demonstrated project management skills
