Description

• Lead and scale our technologist practice to deliver exceptional patient care. • Ensure best-in-class clinical operations from our onsite technologists. • Directly manage our Technologist and Sonographer Leadership and Program Managers. • Develop and execute an organizational structure growth strategy. • Work closely with the Clinical Recruiting team. • Building strong connections with our Customer Engagement & Care Delivery organization. • Partnering with the Finance team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a healthcare operator and team leader, or the equivalent. • Strong leadership and management skills. • Track record of delivering exceptional patient and customer outcomes • Able to develop strong cross-functional relationships. • Strong operational acumen, with an understanding of Primary Care clinical workflows. • Strong financial literacy and analytical skills. • Willingness and desire to stretch outside of their comfort zone.
