Requirements

• 2+ years of working experience in systems support and maintenance environment (L3) • IT Support Technician course or similar • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Experience with troubleshooting application errors and performance issues • Experience with ITIL or Prince2 - namely Incident, Problem, Change and Issue Management processes • Ability to quickly adapt to core IT areas, including system operations, network basics, software tools, and programming languages used on web projects • A good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
