📋 Description
• Responsible for processing and managing orders • Main point of contact for order processing and billing • Timely and accurate processing and invoicing of all sales Orders & Subscription contracts • Audit responsibility for all orders processed • Validating accuracy of orders & subscription contracts • Utilize multiple resources for order management • Monitor and review outstanding Order fulfillment and Subscription billing issues • Track and follow up on disputes and missing information • Identify and bring to light any gaps or process improvements • Interact with installation and implementation teams
🎯 Requirements
• Post-secondary education • High accuracy and attention to detail • Flexible approach to teamwork • Order administration/ billing management experience • Experience with Oracle Fusion and Salesforce preferred • Proficient in Excel including Pivots and lookups • Familiarity with software sales concepts • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented with good analytical skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Good problem-solving and organizational skills • High customer service orientation • Time management skills
