📋 Description

• Remote role within a global team using cutting-edge technology. • Design, implement and oversee our partner training curriculum and programs. • Engage executive stakeholders to identify gaps in partner performance. • Drive the sale and implementation of our products through effective training programs. • Evaluate current materials and technologies to build partner learning roadmap. • Organize workshops, webinars, and self-paced learning modules for partners. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends to share with teams and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years of relevant learning and development experience within a SaaS company. • Experience in instructional design, curriculum creation and application of metrics to evaluate program success. • Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. • Strong skills in developing learning programs and content with experience in eLearning tools. • Strong consultative experience with the ability to assess partner needs, influence stakeholders and resolve conflicts through effective collaboration. • An understanding of organizational development and adult learning principles to enhance program effectiveness. • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
