📋 Description

• We are currently seeking a dynamic and skilled Renewals Account Manager to join our MENA team. • The ideal candidate will possess a blend of skills, including a strong sales and customer service background, reputable account management skills, and experience working within a subscription-based model. • In this role you will be responsible for maintaining client relationships and ensures contract renewal on various product and service lines, positively impacting our client growth and company revenue. • Managing a high volume of accounts, ensuring a high rate of contract renewals. • Extending and upgrading current client contracts. • Identifying upsell opportunities within existing customer projects, client portfolios, or large client agreements. • Responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service. • Providing solutions to improve customer business needs, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. • Partnering closely with Multiple Client Services, Sales, and Operational teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Keeping clients informed of product innovations and updates.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or account management roles, preferably in a software or technology-related industry. • Solid negotiation skills with the ability to navigate complex renewal scenarios. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels. • Experience in providing customer service support. • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities. • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
