📋 Description

• Join our compliance team at impact.com and play a crucial role in ensuring partners adhere to advertisers' promotional requirements, all while utilizing best-in-class technology. • Become a trusted program compliance expert and take ownership of a select portfolio of accounts. • Serve as the primary compliance point of contact for clients, agencies, providing support and advertising practices. • Work with cross-functional teams (client success, product/engineering, and operations) to deliver exceptional compliance services. • Develop and deliver presentations on compliance matters. • Monitor and manage compliance processes for assigned accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution of compliance cases.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of customer service and support in a software application product environment • 2+ years of project management • 1+ years of compliance investigations, especially in the performance marketing space • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Business, Marketing, Law, or related field a plus) • Extremely detail-oriented • Professional communication skills • Ability to multitask while under pressure • Team player, yet able to function and motivate independently
