Description

• Plan, develop, and manage the work of Jamco’s Human Resources department. • Build credibility and trust with leaders and employees throughout the organization. • Manage the daily workflow of the department and provide constructive and timely feedback. • Collaborate with senior leadership and Imperative HR team to develop talent management strategies. • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, offering insights for workforce planning and talent management. • Champion a culture of high performance, innovation, and accountability while maintaining operational excellence. • Coordinate with department leaders to create an excellent employee experience. • Oversee the business unit level HR program administration. • Proactively assess and recommend new HR initiatives based upon business needs. • Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education & experience. • 10+ years of HR/People business partner client experience in roles of progressively increasing scope in high-growth organizations. • Proven experience and ability to influence leaders with a strong focus on thought leadership and partnership with leaders to achieve business objectives. • Significant depth in one or more of the following: organizational design & learning, people manager development and coaching, facilitation, and talent management are desired. • SPHR or SHRM certification preferred.
