📋 Description

• Fully remote Trial Consultant for IMS Legal Strategies, focusing on developing visual presentation projects • Collaborates with clients to distill complex issues into successful visual strategies • Coordinates meetings, manages case work, and prioritizes deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills • Ability to grasp and simply complex concepts • Strong organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detail • Ability to prioritize projects, balance variable workload and meet client deadlines • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong client-service mindset is essential • Ability to independently manage time and balance priorities when performing ongoing projects often under tight time constraints • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt quickly to new tasks • Willingness to share and receive constructive feedback • Ability to provide clear direction and be willing to share and receive constructive feedback • Ability to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve creatively, effectively, and efficiently • Willingness to integrate with client project teams for varying and extended durations • Advanced understanding of software (PowerPoint, Microsoft Office) • Willingness to contribute to innovation and business process improvement initiatives to strengthen organizational foundation
