Description

• Support, enhance, and integrate the Ellucian Colleague system for clients • Collaborate with and assist clients with implementing Colleague software suite • Engage with clients to understand their specific requirements • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for the Ellucian Colleague system • Manage multiple project timelines and deliverables • Offer innovative solutions to clients’ technical requests

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Colleague’s functional and technical aspects • Proficient in Envision and UniBasic for Colleague programming • Familiarity or willingness to learn tools like JavaScript and React • Experience with Colleague system administration, setup, and proactive monitoring • Proficient in managing system backups, updates, and new release installations • Experience with Colleague release installations, updates, and troubleshooting • Proficiency in Colleague Self-Service, Envision, Workflow, ELF programming • Strong communication skills with a customer-service approach • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical and functional Colleague issues • Hands-on experience with data migration/conversion processes geared towards SaaS migrations • Advanced skills in SQL for data queries, manipulation, and reporting • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting API integrations (REST, SOAP) • Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS) and SaaS deployments • Experience with SSO implementation (SAML, OAuth) • Custom card development, UI enhancements in Ellucian Experience • Creation and management of integration pipelines • Automated workflows to streamline processes • Leveraging data insights for decision-making • Integration with learning management systems
