• Lead program execution for Application Security initiatives. • Collaborate with PMO teams to report progress and blockers to Key Results (KRs). • Set up and facilitate program meetings, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders. • Drive change management and operational ownership for security programs. • Create and maintain project documentation, ensuring alignment across teams. • Use IQL/SQL and analytical tools to track program metrics and report insights. • Ensure compliance with security best practices and risk management frameworks.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Project Management. • Strong experience in program execution, stakeholder management, and reporting. • Knowledge of Application Security, security compliance, or risk management. • Ability to work with PMO teams to drive progress on security initiatives. • Experience with IQL/SQL and strong analytical skills for data tracking. • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
