📋 Description
• The Opportunity: InCharge Energy is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Digital Products to join our product management team. • This role will primarily focus on the development of our InControl charge maintenance and management system. • The Senior Manager for Digital Products will be responsible for feature discovery and coordinating with designers and engineers. • If you are passionate about developing innovative solutions and working with talented people in an exciting industry, we encourage you to apply. • Support the development of our InControl charger maintenance and management system. • Look for problems to solve, learn about the needs of our users, and develop insights. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in design, hardware, software, QA, sales, and marketing.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required. Specialization in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred. • Graduate degree in a business or technology related field is preferred. • 5+ years of experience in product management. • 3+ years of experience leading remote teams. • Extensive experience with B2B SaaS products • Experience with Agile development methodologies. • Strong technical background, including leading API and platform development. • Experience with our industry (EV Charging) or related industries is preferred. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. • A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into actionable features. • Familiarity with charging industry standards is preferred. • Familiarity with cloud security standards such as SOC2 and NIST 800-53 preferred. • Experience with Software as a Service and native app development practices. • Experience with crafting go-to-market strategies. • For remote applications, ability to travel 15% of the time.
