Description

• Manage a team of product managers and oversee the development of InControl charger management system • Maintain open communications with user community • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Develop and maintain software roadmap • Manage remote teams • Ensure products are developed using Agile methodologies • Build and nurture the developer community • Support Sales with product demonstrations and training • Provide strategic insights to leadership team • Understand competitive positioning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Graduate degree in a business or technology related field is preferred • 10+ years of experience in product management • 5+ years of experience managing remote teams • Experience with Agile development methodologies • Experience with EV Charging industry or related industries • Familiarity with industry standards such as OCPP and cloud security standards such as SOC2 and NIST 800-53 • Experience with Software as a Service and native app development practices, metrics, and go-to-market strategies • Strong communication and collaboration skills
