Description

• The Consultant Strategy & Relations Director will be a key connector to consulting firms and our organization as part of the Consultant Strategy & Relations team. • This role will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy for aligned consulting firms and for managing the relationships both externally and internally to drive pipeline activity and support growth. • In addition, this role will partner with Sales and Client Success to bring forth consultant viewpoints and assist with opportunities to differentiate our messaging.

Requirements

• 10+ years of building and leveraging solid relationships that lead to revenue growth • Solid understanding of the healthcare industry • Experience at a consulting firm • Experience in a consultant relations role within a complex healthcare organization is a plus • Experience in consultative sales and building and negotiating revenue share programs is a plus • Experience in a high growth, fast changing environment • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information and messages to a broad and diverse audience • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment • Ability to travel (travel amount TBD) • Bachelors degree required, advanced degree preferred.
