•Included Health is looking for Licensed Master Level Therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) to join our growing team whose mission is to raise the standard of healthcare for everyone, everywhere. •Clinicians will be expected to utilize video based visits to assess, diagnose and treat a wide variety of mental, emotional and behavioral disorders. •Use of evidence-based talk therapies will assist individuals with problems ranging from short-term interpersonal issues to severe, chronic conditions. •Ongoing assessments, along with the development of behavioral health treatment plans is expected, with the goal of restoring a patient’s optimal mental health.

Requirements

•Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE accredited program •3+ years of unsupervised/post licensure psychotherapy treatment experience •Active and unrestricted LCSW license in home state; licensure in multiple states is highly valued •Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision •Ability to treat all ages preferred •Keep up-to-date with continuing education and knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial interventions •Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills •Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from a COAMFTE accredited program •5+ years of unsupervised, post licensure experience •Active and unrestricted LMFT license in home state; licensure in multiple states is highly valued •Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision •Ability to treat all ages preferred •Keep up-to-date with continuing education and knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial interventions •Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills •Master’s degree in Counseling from a CACREP accredited program •5+ years of unsupervised, post licensure experience •Active and unrestricted LPC/LMHC license in home state; licensure in multiple states is highly valued •Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision •Ability to treat all ages preferred •Keep up-to-date with continuing education and knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial interventions •Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
