Description

• InDebted provides future-thinking organisations with products and solutions to support overdue consumers through debt. • As the Revenue Operations Manager you'll be accountable for driving revenue growth and operational efficiency across the organisation. • You will be responsible for managing our CRM (Salesforce), implementing best practices, optimising sales processes, and providing analytical support to improve decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role, with a strong focus on Salesforce administration • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce, including customisations, integrations, and data management. Salesforce Administrator certification is a big plus. • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and building dashboards. • Demonstrated ability to optimise sales processes and improve operational efficiency. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative. • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a willingness to take risks and drive change.
