📋 Description
• Implement and optimize AI-driven data extraction techniques from documents, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability • Lead the fine-tuning of LLMs to optimize performance and align with specific use cases • Regularly benchmark and assess AI models, applying improvements to ensure high-quality outputs • Develop and enhance computer vision models to drive extraction, automation, and product innovation • Design and implement workflows for training models based on user feedback and corrections for continuous improvement • Utilize RPA knowledge to create AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with workflows, focusing on webpage DOM structure automation.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in fine-tuning LLMs, training AI models, embedding/RAG systems, and applying machine learning to complex problems • Hands-on experience in developing and optimizing computer vision models • Strong RPA background, with an understanding of how AI and RPA can combine for powerful automation • Keep understanding of webpage DOM structures and experience in automation • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams through challenging AI projects • Skilled in designing workflows for AI model training based on user feedback to ensure ongoing improvements.
