📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and proactive Chief of Staff / Executive Assistant to serve as the right hand to the CEO. • This role is a mix of high-level operational oversight, executive decision support, and personal assistance, ensuring that the CEO’s time is maximized and that business operations run smoothly. • The ideal candidate is a structured thinker, excellent communicator, problem-solver, and executor—someone who can operate with minimal guidance while keeping the CEO informed and focused on high-impact priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, or similar role. • Exceptional communication and writing skills – you should be able to write and respond as if you were the CEO. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize effectively. • Strong analytical skills – ability to review data, spot inefficiencies, and drive improvements. • Experience managing teams and holding people accountable to KPIs. • Tech-savvy, with experience using productivity tools (Notion, Slack, Google Suite, project management tools, etc.). • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, anticipating problems before they arise. • Discretion and professionalism, especially when handling confidential matters. • Bonus: Experience in operations, consulting, or scaling a startup.
