Description

• Oversee curriculum development and operational oversight of the Indigo Research program • Build and manage a high-performing team • Analyze and streamline operational workflows • Ensure high level of support and satisfaction for students and mentors • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to mentor allocations and student progress • Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding process for new mentors • Provide ongoing training and professional development for mentors • Implement strategies to retain top mentors • Work with contractors to develop and refine curriculum materials • Establish standards for curriculum quality • Provide resources and training for mentors

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Education, Management, or a related field preferred • Minimum 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in education or a related sector • Strong organizational and planning skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other relevant software • High degree of empathy and cross-cultural comfort
