Description

• Oversee curriculum development and operational oversight of the Indigo Research program • Build and manage a high-performing team responsible for mentor recruitment and program operations • Analyze and streamline operational workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness • Ensure a high level of support and satisfaction for both students and mentors • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to mentor allocations and student progress • Develop and implement onboarding and training processes for mentors • Work with contractors to design and implement curriculum materials • Establish standards for curriculum quality and consistency in delivery • Develop methods to track and evaluate student outcomes

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Education, Management, or a related field preferred • Minimum 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in education or a related sector • Proven track record in curriculum development and operations management • Strong organizational and planning skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other relevant software • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities • High degree of empathy and cross-cultural comfort • Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive approach to problem-solving
