📋 Description
• Consult and guide partners to improve their learning and development programs. • Assess partner learning needs and business objectives. • Advise on strategic learning plans and skills development. • Align learning initiatives with business goals and ROI. • Engage senior business stakeholders for buy-in. • Monitor learning progress and propose solutions. • Analyze learning data to inform decisions and present findings.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as an L&D consultant or in a business-facing consulting role. • Must be fluent in English, Spanish and preferably also Portuguese. • Strong consulting mindset with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. • Ability to connect learning programs with business impact and ROI. • Excellent stakeholder management and executive presence. • Strong data analysis and storytelling skills. • Understanding of cloud technology (or ability to learn quickly). • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (required). • Master’s degree or Cloud Digital Leader (CDL) certification is a plus. • Experience in channel sales, partner enablement, or pre-sales is highly preferred.
