• The Sales Leads Specialist I (SLS I) is responsible for qualifying and classifying sales leads to support the Sales Team in reaching monthly goals and overall growth company wide. • The primary responsibility of the Sales Lead Specialist I is advancing leads through the sales cycle and connecting them with the appropriate Account Executives. • The SLS communicates directly with our prospective customers and encourages activities that promote conversion to a qualified sales lead. • The Leads Management team is also responsible for maintaining data integrity in CRM. • The SLS duties, responsibilities and functions may change frequently or as needed by the Sales team and the company. • The SLS should be excited about Ignition, work well with other staff on the Sales team, and have a willingness to take on a variety of administrative and outreach tasks as needed. • This is a full-time position with remote, hybrid and on-site opportunities available.
• HS Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree preferred • 1-2 years telemarketing and/or inside sales experience • A proven track record of strong client relationships • Excellent written and verbal communication skills via the phone, email and face to face • Experience with Relationship Management (CRM) software i.e. Salesforce, HubSpot, FreshSales, etc. • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word/Excel and email platforms i.e. Gmail • Highly organized and strong attention to detail • Able to multi-task and juggle projects for multiple team members, while staying focused and completing goals by their deadlines • Positive outlook with strong professional etiquette
