β€’ As a Senior Director, Sales at Red Canary you will use your broad knowledge of the security landscape and sales expertise to provide leadership to Account Executives in your assigned territories. β€’ Through your persistence, determination, and creativity, you will help Red Canary create a world where every organization can make its greatest impact without fear of cyber attack. β€’ Candidates for this role must be located in the West Territory - CA, WA, OR, NV, or AZ.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Must be located in CA, WA, OR, NV, or AZ β€’ 9+ years closing experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in the information security industry β€’ 3+ years experience managing, hiring, mentoring and training field sales team β€’ Proven sales track record with strong focus on new customers β€’ Excellent communication, high business savviness, organizational and time management skills β€’ Robust CRM analysis and reporting and forecasting skills (salesforce preferred) β€’ Experience with building, leading and guiding Sales teams towards set goals with ability to provide and receive feedback professionally β€’ Strategic problem solver with the ability to complete both short-term and long-term sales plans β€’ Strong planning, writing, presentation and communication skills β€’ Growth mindset with the ability to learn, adapt and improve constantly β€’ Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to excel in a team-oriented atmosphere
