Description

• Identify potential issues and provide direct escalation management. • Make strategic decisions based on balancing business needs and technical constraints. • Define strategy and requirements with the GS&S organization. • Secure commitment from Product Mgmt., Engineering, and Manufacturing teams across the company. • Lead cross-functional teams from design through delivery.

Requirements

• At least five years of Technical Program Management experience. • At least 15 years’ experience in Software and/or Hardware companies. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent). • Direct experience with the product development life cycle process. • Technical depth and breadth of layer 1 networking products. • Ability to analyze and prioritize technical and business requirements. • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional, cross-organization teams. • Experience in customer management. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Ability to perform under pressure.
