• Influur is the first startup that works as an app-based marketplace by directly creating jobs for Influencers, Creators, and Brands around the world. • The Retention Manager plays a key role in creating high-quality proposals tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and campaign objectives. • Also responsible for building strong client relationships and driving satisfaction through strategic retention efforts. • Overseeing campaign execution, budget management, and event coordination, the Retention Manager provides high-value clients with performance insights and actionable recommendations. • Collaborates with Campaign Managers and Account Coordinators to ensure seamless campaign delivery and contributes to fostering long-term partnerships and repeat business.
🎯 Requirements
• Bilingual English/Spanish. • 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing. • Excellent time management skills. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong negotiation skills. • Proficiency in CRM software and tools such as HubSpot. • Demonstrates excellent presentation skills. • Excellent customer service skills. • Must demonstrate critical thinking and analytical skills. • Passion for startups and a desire to make a significant impact on the company's growth.
