Work with the Open Source community to improve Telegraf•Design and implement new features of Telegraf as a team•Effectively troubleshoot issues and address bugs•Communicate in writing and develop publicly with the Telegraf community
Requirements
5+ years of professional engineering experience building and shipping production software•Self motivation and a drive to get things “done”, working independently but closely integrated with the rest of the team•Demonstrated proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g. Golang, Rust, C/C++ or Python)•Working knowledge of Git (and GitHub) and related workflows•Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
