• Analyze and document complex technical and strategic processes • Validate requirement elements and architectural artifacts • Define and document project requirements • Implement an IT application contract and ensure smooth integration into the existing IT landscape • Provide user training and facilitate the transition of the solution to operations • Create and manage epics, features, and BPMN processes • Coordinate cross-functional technical topics with various stakeholders

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Product Owner, including a minimum of 2 years in IT projects • 5 years of consulting experience in CRM or marketing • Demonstrated experience in process optimization and automation projects • Proficiency in agile methodologies such as SCRUM or SAFe • Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) with JIRA and Confluence • Expertise in creating epics, features, and user stories • Knowledge of EU tender projects • Familiarity with MS Teams for project communication and MS SharePoint for document management
