Requirements

• Proven experience in leading and managing projects (4+ years) • Previous experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Manager is a huge plus • Strong research and analytical skills is a must • Strong organizational and planning skills • In-depth experience in process analysis and optimization • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Good knowledge of the product lifecycle management • Innovative and solution-oriented mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines • Proven record of successful delivery and management of B2B and B2C Digital Products • Fluent in English; knowledge of Ukrainian or russian is an advantage
