Description

• Lead and mentor our team of instructional designers, organizing workloads, setting priorities, and delivering results. • Oversee day-to-day operations, monitor team performance and report on progress. • Support the development of corporate learning experiences to improve onboarding, performance, and the growth of employees aligned with the company’s vision and values. • Create learning solutions for external clients. • Manage, curate, and upskill the ID team to assist with development of trainings for INFUSE teams. • Effectively communicate with Educational Architect and Head of the Department by proactively sharing key metrics, feedback, and insights. Drive open dialogue, ensuring transparent and timely reporting. • Implement effective evaluation approaches to identify training impact and improvement opportunities. • Demonstrate comfort, flexibility, and adaptivity in a fast-paced environment that requires team members to take on a range of responsibilities. • Assist with other departmental tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of learning theories, instructional design models, and impeccable English writing skills. • Minimum 3 years of Mid-/Senior-level ID role experience or similar role within L&D department. • 1+ year of experience managing a team. • Entrepreneurial, persistent, and resourceful, with the ability to learn quickly. • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships. • Highly collaborative spirit. • Comfortable with ambiguity. • A can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done. • Ability to work proactively in an ambitious, fast-growing, and dynamic environment and be OK with adapting to change.
