🎯 Requirements
• 10 years’ experience as a Developer in SQL, Power BI, Oracle, or a combination • Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or other technical discipline (Master’s Degree - Can be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree and two (2) additional years of relevant experience, or an Associate's Degree and four (4) additional years of relevant experience) • SQL Server 2014/2016/2022, SSIS, SSRS experience • eCQM (Electronic Clinical Quality Measures) Measure Development Experience • Knowledge of relative eCQM tools to include, but not limited to: EHR, HL7, CMS MMS Hub, QDM, MAT, CQL, VSAC, NLM, Bonnie, Jira, and eCQI • Logical and Physical Data Modelling of Electronic Quality Measure DataMarts using Microsoft Visio • Ability to support customers during EST hours • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Excellent analytical and organizational skills • Ability to obtain and maintain VA Public Trust • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship due to clearance requirements
