📋 Description
• Developer Relations Engineer to build and grow the developer community • Foster relationships with developers, community members, and partners • Drive adoption, engagement, and developer satisfaction with technical support and resources • Conduct workshops, webinars, and training sessions for developer education • Act as an advocate for the developer community, gathering feedback and addressing needs • Collaborate with product and engineering teams on developer feedback and roadmap decisions • Represent company at industry events and conferences • Design onboarding programs for new developers • Stay current with industry trends and technologies.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. • Experience working in the DeFi industry, ideally coming from another L1. • Strong expertise of smart contract development, blockchain protocols, and ecosystem tools. • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Experience in developer relations, technical evangelism, or a similar role, with a track record of successfully driving developer adoption and engagement would be highly desirable. • Experience in organizing and conducting developer-focused events, workshops, or training sessions. • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers, community members, and ecosystem partners. • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. • Familiarity with decentralized finance concepts, protocols, and emerging trends. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically. • Passion for decentralized technologies and their potential to transform traditional financial systems.
