📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and management of healthcare-focused technology solutions. • Build scalable, secure, and efficient shared platforms and services for rapid product deployment. • Foster a high-performing engineering team aligned with business objectives. • Oversee the development of shared platform components, services, and APIs. • Collaborate to identify platform requirements and prioritize feature development. • Stay current with emerging technologies and drive innovation in platform capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role. • Proven track record of building and managing scalable platform solutions, preferably in a healthcare or regulated industry. • Strong background in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C#, Java, or Go. • Hands-on experience with containerization tools (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes). • Knowledge of modern architecture patterns such as microservices, event-driven systems, and serverless computing. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation), and monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana). • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Ability to balance technical priorities with business objectives and deliver results. • Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA, HITRUST, or FDA regulations. • Experience with building multi-tenant architectures and shared platform services. • Knowledge of advanced data engineering practices and tools for supporting analytics and machine learning pipelines. • Exposure to agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
