Description

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role will play a key part in managing cash flow and ensuring that revenue is properly recognized.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. •Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role, preferably in a SaaS or subscription-based environment. •Skills: •Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. •Proficiency in accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar). •Experience with SaaS billing systems and revenue recognition is a plus. •Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills. •Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. •Experience with SaaS billing systems (Zuora or other) and revenue recognition is a plus.
