📋 Description

• Manage onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they understand and can effectively use INNERGY’s ERP system. • Set clear expectations and milestones, tracking progress through the onboarding timeline. • Introduce educational opportunities into the onboarding process to help clients implement INNERGY. • Conduct training sessions on specific concepts. • Utilize data-driven insights to monitor clients' onboarding health and identify potential challenges. • Maintain clear communication, provide regular updates, and document all client interactions. • Develop and implement strategies to overcome obstacles during onboarding. • Collect feedback to improve onboarding strategies and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in onboarding, client success, or related field, preferably in software, ERP systems, or architectural millwork industry. • Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly. • Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management skills. • Ability to use data to track progress and identify potential issues. • Experience in motivating and influencing clients. • Proficiency in conducting training sessions on software and industry concepts. • Problem-solving mindset to handle challenges and adapt strategies. • Detail-oriented, organized, efficient, and deadline driven. • Innovative and pragmatic thinker. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Solid verbal and written communication skills. • Teamwork-oriented with collaboration skills. • Exceptional customer service skills. • Ability to interact effectively in a small, remote office environment.
