Description

• As an Account Manager, you work closely with Innova’s clients on marketing, R&D and sales strategies. • Maintain, grow relationships and nourish strategic ties with users and decision makers. • Negotiate contracts, focusing on renewal rates and expanding account value. • Collaborate with support teams to understand client needs. • Engage in networking within accounts and serve as a liaison between clients and departments. • Provide feedback and represent Innova at trade shows to strengthen relationships. • Demonstrate ROI to support renewals and train clients in retrieving insights. • Maintain a proactive engagement plan and document activities in the CRM. • Provide accurate sales forecasts and consistently meet sales targets.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2+ years of successful sales, marketing or customer service/account management experience • Prior B2B sales experience (food and beverage industry knowledge is a bonus) • Fluent English ( written and verbal). • Desired Skills: • Go-Getter: A proactive self-starter with a performance-driven, commercial mindset. • People Person: An ability to connect effortlessly with individuals and understand their perspective. • Lifelong Learner: Openness to learning and cultivating new skills. • Communication Kingpin: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Team Player: Collaborative and comfortable working in a multi-cultural atmosphere.
