Description

• Confirm appointments set by the call center and ensure all necessary information is accurate. • Verify the information provided by leads and ensure it aligns with company requirements. • Virtually assess homes for solar compatibility using online tools and satellite imagery. • Communicate with potential customers to request and obtain their electric bills for further analysis. • Order custom solar designs based on the customer's home and energy needs. • Coordinate and schedule meetings between potential customers and our sales representatives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in pre-sales, sales support, or a related role is preferred. • Solar industry experience is a plus. • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. • Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. • A passion for renewable energy and sustainability is essential.
