Description

β€’ Confirm appointments set by the call center and ensure all necessary information is accurate. β€’ Verify the information provided by leads and ensure it aligns with company requirements. β€’ Virtually assess homes for solar compatibility using online tools and satellite imagery. β€’ Communicate with potential customers to request and obtain their electric bills for further analysis. β€’ Order custom solar designs based on the customer's home and energy needs. β€’ Coordinate and schedule meetings between potential customers and our sales representatives.

Requirements

β€’ Previous experience in pre-sales, sales support, or a related role is preferred. β€’ Solar industry experience is a plus. β€’ Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. β€’ Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. β€’ Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. β€’ A passion for renewable energy and sustainability is essential.
