• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Experience: 2+ years in HR function. • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Ukrainian. • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities. • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in tasks and data management. • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. • Ethical Conduct: Uphold a high level of integrity and ethical conduct in all HR activities.
