• Looking for an experienced Senior Lead Generation Specialist to lead customer acquisition efforts in software development services (US and EU markets). • Ownership of lead generation tactics and collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation, marketing, or business development, ideally in outsourcing and technology sectors. • Degree in marketing or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing, business development and lead generation are a plus. • Proficiency in AI-driven marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics tools. • Strong copywriting skills with a demonstrated ability to create high-converting LinkedIn and email sequences. • Proven success in relationship building and engaging C-suite decision-makers. • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation goals. • Fluent in English (B2-C1 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
