Description

• Manage a book of business consisting of small to medium sized clients. • Independently manage all account management responsibilities. • Collaborate with Account Management team on larger clients. • Analyze and synthesize various carriers and plan designs. • Conduct benefits benchmarking analyses for clients. • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred. • Health/Life/Accident state licensure required. • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the health and welfare benefits brokerage industry. • Experience working with health and welfare benefits plans including medical, dental, life, disability. • Intermediate to advance proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
