• responsible for buying and selling homes for House Buyers of America • follow up on leads, value houses, estimate repairs and close deals • perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions
Requirements
• 4+ years of sales experience • consistently ranked within the top 10% of sales staff • great communication and computer skills (including Microsoft Office) • proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales • Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
