📋 Description

• Inovalon’s Insights business unit is seeking a Director, Research Science and Advanced Analytics to join its Advanced Healthcare Analytics group. • The group works with life sciences companies and other healthcare sectors to quantify and communicate the real-world value of healthcare interventions. • Serve as internal and external technical subject matter expert (SME) pertaining to data analytics, biostatistics, econometrics, and/or research methods. • Deliver presentations and papers in public forums and conferences. • Author study reports and scientific publications, abstracts, and posters. • Communicate findings in a clear, precise, and actionable manner to clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum eight (8) years’ professional experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries required. • Demonstrated problem solving, analytical reasoning, and decision-making skills. • Expert understanding and experience in researching and resolving data issues with a logical, instinctive, and problem-solving mentality working with large, complex, and incomplete sources. • Business analytical skills (process flows, procedures, spreadsheets, modeling, etc.) and expert understanding of design and architecture principles. • Exhibit excellent project management skills with an ability to work independently on multiple projects with competing priorities; exhibit a strong commitment to meeting goals and deadlines. • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. • Expert understanding of database management tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate to technical and non-technical audiences. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment. • Knowledge of health care, health policy, pharmaceutical, medical device, and related issues. • Expert ability to manage challenging client situations.
