📋 Description
• Seeking a candidate with strong MARKETO skills and hands-on system experience. • The Senior Principal, Digital Marketing, has five primary responsibilities: • Partner with marketers to enhance digital channels and campaigns. • Optimize processes and documentation associated with key systems. • Execute and optimize the company's digital marketing strategy. • Assist with the professional development of the in-house digital and marketing automation team. • Oversee relationships with some external vendors, contractors, and agencies.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 12 years of digital marketing experience. • Specialized experience (at least 7+ years) working with Marketo. • Mastery with WordPress or other web content management tools. • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and related digital analytics tools. • Experience with Workato, Zapier, N8N or a similar automation tool. • Deep expertise in email, PPC, social, and other digital acquisition channels. • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, with experience in communication and reporting to upper management. • Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver on tight deadlines. • Experience working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. • High-energy and goal-oriented, with a positive attitude. • Experience working with industry-standard tools for data gathering, tracking, and collaboration, such as Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Microsoft Excel. • Experience leveraging SEO skills: technical SEO (tags, UI/UX), link building, social media, content marketing, and landing pages.
