• Drive sales growth by building relationships with HCPs, key decision-makers, and stakeholders. • Develop business opportunities across iNova Pharmaceutical range of products. • Achieve/exceed assigned sales & gross profit target. • Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, KOLs and customers. • Identify and develop business opportunities to increase unit growth, profitability and market share. • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through customer relationships, product support, and services. • Improve efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare services to patients. • Support sales, marketing and franchise teams through a cooperative and constructive approach. • Manage account information through effective, timely reports and accurate customer records. • Provide Business Review from time to time. • Continuously improve product knowledge and selling skills. • Manage samples and sales related expenses. • Report promptly all adverse event and/or product complaints.
• Degree in Business, Science, Life Sciences preferred. • At least 2-3 years experience in medical/pharmaceutical industry with strong sales record. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities. • Ability to work independently and a strong team player. • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. • Passionate to excel in a customer-centric and innovative organization. • Possess a valid Class D driving license, own a car and willing to travel. • Positive attitude. • Self-motivated and result oriented. • Experience in customer relationship management and dedication to providing great customer service. • Good time management. • Good business acumen.
