• Manage QuickBooks for the installation company, ensuring accurate financial records. • Handle invoicing and track job costs related to installation projects. • Maintain clear financial separation between the main and sub-company. • Manage payroll through Fingercheck and ensure timely processing. • Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and profitability tracking. • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures. • Perform other bookkeeping-related tasks as required.
🎯 Requirements
• Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing financial records. • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written). • Familiarity with payroll systems (experience with Fingercheck is a plus). • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple financial tasks. • Ability to work independently and learn new systems quickly. • Experience with Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting. • Spanish language skills are a plus but not required. • Bookkeeping experience in the construction or installation industry is a plus.
