• About the Client: The client is an industry leader in upscale hospitality solutions, specializing in high-quality kitchen and restaurant supplies. • Position Overview: We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator Virtual Assistant with e-commerce experience (Walmart, Shopify) to manage sales processes, customer communication, and e-commerce optimization. • Key Responsibilities: Create and manage sales quotes using proprietary quoting software (Auto Quotes - training provided). • Process sample orders and generate CRM reports with same-day turnaround. • Manage e-commerce listings, pricing, and order processing. • Optimize product visibility using SEO best practices. • Monitor website traffic and performance. • Collaborate on marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising. • Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone. • Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding new catalogs, promotions, and product updates.
🎯 Requirements
• C1 English level is required • Proven experience in e-commerce platforms (Walmart, Shopify) • Strong English communication skills with a clear dialect • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus) • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently • Sales experience is preferred but not required
