📋 Description

• We are Insider, a B2B SaaS company that drives growth for its clients around the world. • The successful candidate will build and drive a small team of content specialists and content writers to scale the next phase of Insider’s growth. • Responsible for owning the direction, development, and execution of Insider’s content strategy in line with the company goals. • Collaborate and work in lockstep with other teams, such as Design, Digital, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and more.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Content Marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the MarTech industry. • Have a passion for writing with an impeccable editorial eye. • Exceptional storytelling skills and the ability to craft compelling narratives across multiple formats. • Strong leadership experience with a track record of managing and growing high-performing content teams. • Experience working closely with executive leaders, product marketing, sales, and demand generation teams. • Deep understanding of SEO. • Well-versed in best practices and content performance analytics. • Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. • Passionate about customer experience and the intersection of technology and AI • Extremely comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. • Able and willing to work outside of typical working hours to collaborate with senior stakeholders and manage projects across the globe. • Proven ability to work well with senior leaders, including working flexibly, managing urgencies, and receiving feedback. • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Humanities, Public Relations, or related field is preferred but not necessary.
